摘要: Although circadian rhythms in mammalian physiology and behavior are dependent upon a biological clock the suprachiasmatic nuclei (SCN) of hypothalamus, molecular mechanism this is fact cell autonomous conserved nearly all cells body. Thus, SCN serves part as "master clock," synchronizing "slave" clocks peripheral tissues, directly orchestrates physiology. In chapter, we first consider detailed compared to how mechanistic differences facilitate their functions. Next, discuss different mechanisms by which tissues can be entrained environment. Finally, look at oscillators control tissues.
