摘要: When one considers surgery of the head and neck, they generally think an operating room in a large hospital. This traditional idea anesthesia is understandable, but with development less invasive surgeries “faster-acting” anesthetics fewer hemodynamic side effects [1, 2], many have moved into yet smaller environment, namely private surgical office. migration has not been sudden rather stems from changes health-care delivery that occurring over past several decades.
