Optimisation of crystallisation parameters for lithium carbonate microcrystals based on forward osmosis (FO) process

摘要: Authors demonstrate the crystallisation of lithium carbonate (Li2CO3) microcrystals from brines salt lakes using a forward osmosis (FO) process. In this FO process, is used to enrich brine lake, and subsequently, Li2CO3 recovery in form microcrystal, while MD recover draw solution extract clean water lake. The precipitates obtained hybrid process were verified be owing lower saturation level compared other crystals comprising Li+, Na+, CO32 − , Cl−  saline water.
