摘要: In this work, we report on our studies the band structure calculations, structures, transport, and magnetic properties in two dimensional layer structured perovskite compounds Sr2−xLaxCoO4. Structure refinement results reveal that these crystallized K2NiF4-type structures with space group I4∕mmm. The temperature dependence of resistivity shows a semiconductorlike behavior over wide range temperatures, metal-insulator transition at 240K, an upturn 160K for x=1, 1.25, 0.75 samples. A coercive field is about 1T sample x=0.75, while it 0.05T x=0.75 0.1T x=1.25 negative hysteresis magnetoresistance close correlation has been observed can be explained by grain boundary tunneling effect. first-principles calculations were carried out Sr1.5La0.5CoO4 indicate system metallic high spin polarization which responsible obser...
