Effectiveness of psychoeducational support on quality of life in early-stage breast cancer patients: a systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials.

摘要: Most breast cancer patients receive psychosocial support interventions. However, the effectiveness of these interventions has not yet been clarified. Quality life (QOL) was an important construct that should be considered when assessing The purpose to evaluate and especially psychoeducational for early-stage since follow-up bound up 6 months after finishing intervention. We conducted a systematic review meta-analysis identify randomized controlled trials with receiving (psychoeducational other) in which QOL measured as treatment outcome. compared mean differences at less than post-intervention control group. primary outcome Global Health Status/QOL scale (Global QOL), secondary outcomes were subscales QOL. No significant effect observed QOL; however, individuals scored higher on Breast Cancer Symptoms subscale. For support, Emotional Our analysis strengthens evidence improving symptoms emotional well-being within post-intervention.
