摘要: Two hundred forty-four specimens of Escherichia coli isolated in Bangladesh and Thailand identified as enterotoxin producers were tested for the presence adhesion antigens by mannose-resistant hemagglutination, immunodiffusion, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISAs). Specific antisera to colonization factor antigen (CFA)/I, CFA/II (consisting surface [CS] 1, 2, 3), putative (PCF) 8775 CS4, 5, 6) used immunodiffusion tests ELISAs. The results showed that could be detected more strains ELISA than immunodiffusion. Twenty-nine percent E. from 47% carried an antigen. Many had lost ability produce enterotoxins. Forty 64% still enterotoxigenic factors. These found on with heat-stable or heat-labile but not producing only enterotoxin. PCF8775 associated mainly Bangladesh, where 10 produced CS6 detected.
