Manifestations of metastatic tumors of the liver

摘要: Abstract The clinical manifestations and needle biopsy findings in eighty-one patients with proved metastatic tumor of the liver have been reviewed. Attention is drawn to a number insufficiently emphasized features disease that may be misleading. These include characteristic type hepatic pain, fever, signs portal hypertension, fluid retention presence friction rub over liver. Evidence presented show once or symptoms metastases appear, an advanced stage development, this accounts for remarkable frequency which can demonstrated by random sampling small needle. results present study confirm previous reports indicating great diagnostic value liver, support view does not enhance hazards procedure.
