摘要: Rabbit hearts perfused under hypoxic conditions underwent progressive subcellular damage, which becomes irreversible by one hour. During the first 20 minutes of perfusion, minor dilation mitochondria and condensation nuclear chromatin were only salient features cell injury. By 40 moderate mitochondrial swelling was evident in myocytes. Moreover, an increase degenerating autophagic vacuoles apparent. Reperfusion after either or hypoxia restored contractility, injured myocytes a cellular repair process that involved dramatic lysosomal autoplagy. One hour yielded irreversibly Upon reoxygenation, some these cells displayed typical changes necrosis, but others apparently abortive involving formation large, probably nonfunctional lysosomes. These observations suggest autophagy is important efforts at cardiac initiate during hypoxia.
