Ammonium dynamics and structural phae transition in K1−x(NH4)xI mixed salts at 10 K

摘要: Abstract The neutron diffraction (ND) and inelastic scattering (IINS) spectra of the K1−x(NH4)xI solid solutions (0.0 ⩽ x 1.0) at 10 K were measured simultaneously by TOF method. Transition from disordered α-phase to ordered γ-phase was observed, ≈ 0.75, with increasing ammonium concentration. Four bands observed 2.5, 9, 20 30 meV for α-phase, two around 36.5 γ-phase, are due dynamics in crystalline lattice. low-energy excitations disorder phase, 2.5 meV, not previous investigations.
