摘要: INTRODUCTION We analysed the decompression obtained by dorsal or dorsolumbar corpectomy measured Cobb angle and spinal area prior to after surgery compared evolution of technique over last five years study. MATERIAL AND METHOD A retrospective review patients operated between 2005 2015 through anterior posterior approaches was performed. RESULTS 24 were studied a significant improvement observed preoperative postoperative morphometrical measurement (4.18° correction kyphosis an increase 130.8mm2 in canal, p<.001 both cases) clinical parameters (45.8% improved ASIA, Karnofsky showed 13 points improvement, cases). However, there no correlation morphological parameters. also that study more frequently used with good results. CONCLUSIONS Dorsal allows decompression, neurological but this does not correlate decompression. Thanks technical improvements, less invasive techniques (posterior MISS) allow results, which are similar those techniques.
