摘要: Abstract The effect of adult nutrition on oogenesis during the first gonotropic cycle was studied in three strains housefly, Musca domestica. Two were anautogenous and third autogenous. In these strains, subunits (51, 43 42 kdaltons) vitellogenin vitellin electrophoretically identical using SDS-PAGE electrophoresis for haemolymph proteins vitellogenic females egg extracts. Each developmental stage ovary individual flies both autogenous fed either sugar or protein clearly reflected appearance electrophoretic bands vitellin. Using immunological analysis, a very small amount detectable previtellogenic flies. highest level appeared at middle phase reached about 25% total protein. There differences concentration with mature eggs between two strains: not one strain, other showed 30% maximal level.
