摘要: Abstract 30 keV N2+, Ti+ and N2+ followed by ions were implanted at room temperature on plain sensitized 304 stainless steel (304 SS) foils. The ion fluences ranged from 1 × 1017 ions/cm2 to 5 ions/cm2.
