摘要: Background Throughout the last decade substantial research has been undertaken to develop evidence-based behaviour change interventions for sexual health promotion. Primary care could provide an opportunistic entry brief communication. Objectives We conducted a systematic review explore and reproductive services communication delivered at primary level. Search strategy We searched studies on PubMed, ProQuest, CINAHL, Jstor, Scopus/Science Direct, Cochrane database of reviews, EBSCO, PsychoInfo, Web Knowledge. Both published unpublished articles were reviewed. Selection criteria All randomised controlled trials clinical included. Participants all ages, from adolescence onwards Brief (10–60 minutes) including some aspect issues included. Data collection analysis Data extracted by two reviewers independently using standardised form. Interventions differed each other, hence meta-analysis was not performed, results are presented individually. Main results A total 247 selected full-text evaluation, 31 which Sexually transmitted infections (STIs)/HIV less often reported in intervention group compared with control group. Condom use higher most Numbers partners unprotected intercourse lower groups. Conclusions There is evidence that counselling have effect reduction prevention STIs/HIV. Some questions be answered, such as over time different settings population groups.
