摘要: AbstractGibberellins are a classic example of the production plant growth regulators by microorganisms. They important biotechnological products and increasingly used in agriculture horticulture.This article intends to assemble information on history identification gibberellins (GA) producing microorganisms, especially Gibberella fujikuroi (Saw.) Wr. Furthermore, biosynthesis gibberelins through isoprenoid biosynthetic pathway will be described. The main product GA is gibberellic acid (GA3), which formed from GA4 via GA7. Both amount type produced fungus dependent genetic constitution strain fermentation conditions.Mutation selection for increased formation probably most factors improving yield gibberellins.
