Virtual Multi-Slack Droop Control of Stand-Alone Microgrid With High Renewable Penetration Based on Power Sensitivity Analysis

摘要: Recently, microgrids have faced a great challenge for the stable operation of converter-dominant system with very high renewable penetration. The converter-based-generator reduces inertia constant. In this case, small power imbalance can cause large frequency variation. Therefore, accurate load sharing between generators is important operation. This paper proposes virtual multi-slack (VMS) droop control based on sensitivity analysis. other words, one physical slack generator directly controls magnitude and phase angle its bus voltage. At same time, indirectly magnitudes angles their voltages by using VMS control. results in proper stand-alone microgrid. That is, all nonslack operate as slacks so that they solve imbalances together generator. proposed realized flow analysis, which enables adaptive allocation generators. Then, effectiveness verified several case studies practical microgrid South Korea electromagnetic transient program.
