摘要: A method and apparatus for treating a liquid to inhibit growth of living organisms therein by adding the an active biocidal ingredient formed mixing oxidant amine source, by: producing predetermined dilution oxidant; source; synchronously metering two dilutions into conduit continuously mix according ratio produce having high reproducibility, stability efficacy in situ conduit; injecting ingredient, as it is produced conduit, directly from being treated.
