摘要: An improved, efficient preparation of 2-(halomethyl)allyl carboxylates starting from diethyl bis(hydroxymethyl)malonate and hydrobromic acid is reported. The allylic halogen 2-(chloromethyl)acrylate 2-(bromomethyl)acrylate are readily exchanged during esterification.
