摘要: The synthesis of α-amylase by excised aleurone tissue can be induced supplying either gibberellic acid (GA) or a mixture amino acids and sucrose. Aleurone cells form RNA within 4 hours after the imbibition water solution GA. Synthesis is essential for subsequent production enzyme. primary action GA leading to enzyme begins at about same time as first RNA. Loss dormancy during after-ripening involves changes in response gibberellin. non-dormant domestic oat variety Torch exhibit greater autonomy control than those wild oats. current hypothesis that acts genetic derepression discussed.
