摘要: Previous data suggested that PCR amplification of specific alleles (also known as allele-specific and refractory mutation system) is not a general method for rapidly accurately detecting single-base changes. Herein we present our experience with the use to detect 69 polymorphic or mutant alleles. Our results indicate proper optimization, all were reliably distinguished.
