摘要: Hyperglycaemic influence on carcinogenesis and tumour progression is emerging as a link between diabetes cancer. This work establishes the disturbed structural integrity of nucleosomal linker histone H1 by methyglyoxal (MG) then correlates role modified in auto-immunopathogenesis multiple cancers. MG modification caused loss free e-amino groups raised its β-sheet component with consequence non amyloid aggregation. It changed folding-unfolding denaturation pattern attached itself to lysine residues protein eventually making up Ne-(carboxyethyl) lysine. The variations act extra antigenic determinants that yield aggressive antibody response, when immunised rabbits. ELISA tests proved immunoglobulin response very specific gel based studies established preferential binding antibodies generated against MG-H1 protein. Cross reaction analysis inferred natures immunoglobulins tendencies different inhibitors. content blood sera derived from human subjects tumours oesophagus, stomach, gall bladder ovary confirmed presence competitive showed their high specificity. may suggest H1, hyperglycaemia, glycoxidation
