摘要: A kinetic model of the passivation metals via formation a dual layer comprising barrier film and salt overlayer is proposed. It assumed that grows through high field-assisted migration defects. Ionic surface charges are formed both at metal/barrier film/ electrolyte interfaces. These can either enhance or retard transport defects during growth resulting in observation pseudoinductive capacitive time constant impedance spectra. The dissolution its interface with independent on electrode potential. able to reproduce overall ac response several their region passivity. This sum impedances film/electrolyte interface, one itself. As representative systems, passive Bi Sb suphuric acid solutions discussed. main structural characteristics system determined some limitations outlined.
