摘要: A field-plot experiment with ryegrass was carried out to study the interaction between 15N-labelled calcium nitrate at 0, 25 and 50 kg N ha−1 cow slurry supplying 33 68 NH-N ha−1. Treatments were applied on a single occasion site where first-cut silage had just been removed. The effects of treatments dry matter yield, nitrogen offtake % utilisation measured in two cuts herbage taken after 5 17 weeks. Increases yield due smaller rate than 0 rates, possibly non-linearity response curve. Nitrogen data indicated that sources up additively by ryegrass. Rate application or treatment no significant effect either cut. average values for over all 7% 1 2, respectively. There evidence enhanced rates denitrification presence slurry. Recovery (estimated difference) lower nitrate. Volatilisation ammonia from surface-spread is most likely reason low efficiency
