摘要: Jasmonic acid (JA) and methyl jasmonate are important endogenous signal molecules that can induce plant resistance to biotic abiotic stresses. Allene oxide cyclase (AOC) is a key enzyme in the biosynthesis of jasmonates. Here, order evaluate correlation between AOC transcript level allelopathic potential rice, gene expression was genetic operated rice PI312777 non-allelopathic Lemont, using RNA interference (RNAi) overexpression (OX) techniques respectively. An increase JA found AOC-OX levels phenylalanine ammonia-lyase, cinnamate-4-hydroxylase, hydroxylase, CoA-ligases, O-methyltransferases, cinnamoyl alcohol dehydrogenases, which involved phenolic synthesis, were also up-regulated transgenic when compared with those wild type. Higher accumulation protocatechuic acid, p-hydroxy benzoic ferulic 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzoicacid, cinnamic content line. The acids lines led enhanced inhibitory rates on barnyardgrass, whereas reverse true AOC-RNAi results suggest regulate synthesis thus inhibition barnyardgrass.
