摘要: A closed-loop scheme of a three-stage multiphase-switched-capacitor boost DC-AC inverter (MPSCI) is proposed by combining the multiphase operation and sinusoidal-pulse-width-modulation (SPWM) control for low-power step-up conversion regulation. In this MPSCI, power unit contains two parts: MPSC booster (front) H-bridge (rear). The suggested an inductor-less DC-DC conversion, where three voltage doublers in series are controlled with boosting gain up to 23 = 8 at most. employed inversion, four solid-state switches H-connection SPWM obtain sinusoidal AC output. addition, adopted enhancing output regulation not only compensate dynamic error, but also reinforce robustness source/loading variation. relevant theoretical analysis design include: MPSCI model, steady-state/dynamic analysis, ratio, efficiency, stability, capacitance selection, total harmonic distortion (THD), filter, design.
