摘要: Abstract The aim of this study is to simulate the impact non-programmable generation sources, in particular wind farms, on reliability an electric power system. A probabilistic model has been implemented, evaluate influence amount secondary/tertiary generating reserve, required a hydro-thermoelectric system maintain certain level reliability. case study, calibrated one largest Italian islands, shows critical issues associated with over-generation events, basically due underestimation production. Three possible policies, be adopted during real-time by Independent System Operator (ISO) order face such are simulated and discussed terms costs for balancing operation. use hydrogen storages, managed ISO cope contingencies, proposed analyzed different scenarios penetration, assessing payback time storage devices also considering economic implications
