摘要: We study the effects of residual carrier frequency offset (CFO) on performance distributed zero-forcing (ZF) beamformer. Coordinated transmissions, where multiple cells cooperate to simultaneously transmit toward one or receivers, have gained much attention as a means provide spectral efficiency and data rate targeted by emerging standards. Such schemes exploit transmitters create virtual array antennas mitigate co-channel interference gains multi-antenna systems. Here, we focus scenario nodes share same but only local knowledge channels. Considering nature such schemes, time/frequency synchronization among cooperating is required guarantee good performance. However, due Doppler effect non-idealities inherent oscillator embedded in each wireless transceiver, at transmitter deviates from desired one. Even when perform before transmission, CFO be expected that degrades system in-phase misalignment incoming streams. This paper presents losses signal-to-noise ratio gain analytically diversity order semi-numerically ZF beamformer for ideal case presence CFO. illustrate our results their accuracy through simulations.
