摘要: In order to prepare ecologically and biologically safety physical cross-linked hydrogel of a-PVA/NaCl/H(2)O system, we prepared blend natural polymeric binders like gelatin starch in above effect these binder additives were evaluated on terbutaline release kinetics. Terbutaline (1%) hydrogels a-PVA(7%)/NaCl(11%)/H(2)O a-PVA(7%)/H(2)O system (Cyclic FT process) along with various concentrations soluble by feed-mixture dissolving method. case only one cycle gelation was done at -20 degrees C for 24 h. On the other hand 3 cycles freezing -30 16 h followed thawing room temperature 8 Drug paddle method (USP type II) a rotation 50 rpm 37 distilled water. Swelling gel 45 melting temperatures also studied using upside-down test tube Comparatively lower values rate, diffusion coefficient kinetic constant found from a-PVA/starch/NaCl/H(2)O system. When % cumulative plotted vs. square root time it showed straight lines, which indicated Higuchi Matrix Dissolution Model. Inclusion increased degree swelling compared that gelatin. 15 as equilibrium time. A Fickian this controlled drug release. Melting characteristically higher (94-95 C) than cyclic (72-76 C), resulting thermostable biological SEM morphological studies surface well-developed interpenetrating macromolecular network structure fish net prevails over here. Gelatin has got characteristic tunnel (200 microm diameter) inside contributes kinetics starch.
