摘要: The aim of this study was to investigate the effectiveness and reliability micro-percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PNL) method for management kidney stones. We performed a retrospective analysis 136 patients (140 renal units) who underwent micro-PNL stones between September 2011 February 2013 in four referral hospitals Turkey. selection treatment modality primarily based on factors such as stone size location. In study, we analyzed patient- procedure-related factors. mean age 28.7 ± 20.6 (1–69) years, 15.1 ± 5.15 (6–32) mm. Conversion mini-PNL required 12 patients. All interventions were with patient prone position, except 3-year-old pelvic placed supine position. hospital stay 1.76 ± 0.65 (1–4) days, drop hemoglobin level 0.87 ± 0.84 (0–4.1) mg/dL. One our transfusion. Ureteral J stent implanted nine (6.43 %) because residual Seven complained postoperative colic which managed conservatively. Abdominal distension related extravasation irrigation fluid observed three (2.19 %). There no other complications. An overall success rate 82.14 % achieved. Micro-PNL can be effectively safely used small moderate resistant shock wave lithotripsy or an alternative minimally invasive methods.
