摘要: Primordial germ cells appear in the embryo at about day 7 after coitum. They proliferate and migrate towards genital ridge. Once there, they undergo differentiation into stem cells, known as 'A spermatogonia'. These are foundation of spermatogenesis. A spermatogonia commit to spermatogenesis, stay undifferentiated or degenerate. The primordial migratory, postmigratory is dependent on gene expression cellular interactions. Some genes that play a crucial role cell Steel, c-Kit, VASA, DAZL, fragilis, miwi, mili, mil1 mil2. Their stage specific, therefore allowing solid identification different developmental phases. In addition these genes, other markers associated with development nonspecific alkaline phosphatase activity, specific embryonic antigen, transcription factor Oct3/4 beta1- alpha6-integrins. Commitment also induction by bone morphogenetic protein (BMP)-4. With this knowledge, researchers were able isolate from cell-derived embryoid bodies, drive gametes either vivo vitro. Although no viable embryos obtained gametes, prospects goal not too far being accomplished.
