摘要: Abstract Suitable thermal environment, crystal rotation rate and growth have been established for the of large diameter X-axis LiTaO3 crystals having a 65 mm diameter. The relations between optimum conditions grown determined quantitatively. are consistent with theoretical considerations based on temperature distribution balance in furnace. From these results, it can be concluded that become limited to narrow region as becomes larger.
