摘要: Abstract Suitable thermal environment, crystal rotation rate and growth have been established for the of large diameter X-axis LiTaO3 crystals having a 65 mm diameter. The relations between optimum conditions grown determined quantitatively. are consistent with theoretical considerations based on temperature distribution balance in furnace.
