摘要: Field‐induced CT fluorescence quenching has been observed in a poly‐N‐vinylcarbazole (PVCz) film doped with 1,2,4,5‐tetracyanobenzene, which exhibits large sensitized photocurrent the corresponding absorption region. The is attributed to carrier photogeneration by ’’field‐assisted thermal dissociation’’ of an ion pair higher excited state as precursor. Onsager model for dissociation satisfactorily explains experimental data field and temperature dependences electric field. Combining previously proposed mechanism extrinsic exciplex systems, more general presented solid‐state, donor–acceptor systems.
