摘要: Grundlagenforschung und translationale Forschung in der Onkologie konnten den letzten Jahren eine Reihe von Biomarker identifizieren, die fur Diagnostik, Staging, Prognoseabschatzung als Ansatzpunkte individualisierte Therapien potentiellen klinischen Wert haben. Einige dieser Marker sind bereits seit klinische Praxis eingefuhrt, andere werden derzeit im Rahmen wissenschaftlicher Programme an spezialisierten Krebszentren erprobt. Dieser Beitrag gibt einen Uberblick klinisch etablierter Ausblick auf ausgewahlte Kandidaten, Schwelle zur breiten Anwendung stehen.
