摘要: PURPOSE To report a case of 34-year-old woman presenting with keratoglobus and posterior polymorphous corneal dystrophy (PPMD). METHODS Observational including ophthalmologic examination, topographic findings, specular microscopy findings. RESULTS This patient presented steepening on topography consistent keratoglobus, as well large areas irregular changes the endothelium PPMD. CONCLUSIONS We first clinical features both brings forth description findings Orbscan topography.
