摘要: The purpose of the present paper is to describe a methodology for predicting behavior ceramic matrix composites which has been incorporated into computer code CEMCAN (CEramic Matrix Composite ANalyzer). basis approach combination micromechanics together with unique fiber substructuring concept. In this new concept, conventional unit cell (the smallest representative volume element composite) modified by several slices and developing based equations at slice level. also takes account nonlinear composite (CMC) due temperature progressive fracture/degradation interphase. important features its effectiveness are described herein select examples. Comparisons predictions limited experimental data provided.
