摘要: The cultivation and management of different legume species their varieties were tested in South-Western Finland at farmers' fields two years, 2010 2011. studied legumes peas fava beans, included also such which are seldom or not normally cultivated Finland, namely soybeans blue white lupins. Seed samples collected from farms. quality was analysed compared to each others. chemical qualities for crude protein, fat, fibre, ash, nitrogen-free extract phytic acid contents, amino composition. the lupins pea bean varieties, generally nowadays Finland. highest protein contents soybean (369 379 g kg -1 ) lupin (382 lowest varieties. Amino composition is good, but have lower lysine content (g 100 protein) than other legumes. High fat (91 (101 ), moderate (30-49 ). Fuego variety had Kontu. (18.9 22.6 mg (6.2 Lupins interesting crops, especially with high low contents. day length sensitive, like soybean, therefore valuable long-day conditions. present research strengthens good food feed purposes.
