摘要: The paper proposes a new framework for the control of distortion variation in video coding schemes based on motion-compensated temporal filtering (MCTF). an arbitrary decoded frame at any level MCTF pyramid is expressed as function distortions reference frames same level. approach formulated bi-directional unconstrained (UMCTF) scheme Turaga et al., (2002), which does not include update-lifting step. proposed can be extended to generalized form by utilizing additional parameters.
