摘要: A new catheter technique to perform angioplasty of the right or left internal mammary artery coronary graft utilizing brachial approach is described. Utilization ipsilateral permitted cannulation with preformed polyurethane Teflon-lined guide catheters. The dilatation was passed through guiding into artery. This successful access in eight patients, five and three patients. procedure successfully performed seven cases (spasm precluded passage one case). No complications were encountered. In two cases, additional vessels. Follow-up 1--16 months (mean: 7.7 months) revealed no clinical evidence restenosis. preshaped catheters for visualization introduction a safe approach, it an acceptable alternative femoral technique.
