摘要: Summary Methods of isolation and response to temperature Navicula gregaria, N.seminulum, N.minima v.atomoides, Nitzschia palea N.gracilis in liquid Werners medium are described.Only N. displayed an extended low lag phase plus a classical bell-shaped curve for optimum growth over the range examined (4 40°C). N.gregaria exhibited lowest at 15°C, was inhibited 20°C died 30°C. N.gracilis, N.palea v.atomoides all had temperatures 20°C. N.seminulum possessed highest exponential rate 30°C.It did not grow 4°C, as other 4 species but remain viable.None grew or survived 40°C.
