摘要: Abstract Diamond-like carbon (DLC) film with ultra-thin thickness displays high internal stress, thereby resulting in the failure of protection to substrate. Incorporation silicon into DLC films, which has higher adhesion substrate and extraordinary thermal stability, can be potentially used heat assisted magnetic recording (HAMR). The nanomechanical nanotribological behavior Si doped films is investigated using molecular dynamic simulation method. Effects content density Si-DLC on frictional wear resistance are investigated. Surface profiles at contact interface identified before after sliding.
