摘要: It is a very urgent issue to reduce energy-related carbon emissions in China. The three northeastern provinces (Heilongjiang (HLJ), Jilin (JL), and Liaoning (LN)) are typical heavy industrial regions China, playing an important role the national emission reduction target. In this study, we analyzed energy consumption, dioxide (CO2) emissions, CO2 intensity of each sector regions, compared them with level those China’s most developed province Guangdong (GD). Then, based on input–output (I–O) framework, linkage analysis production from sector–system sector–sector dimensions was conducted. results showed that accounted for about 1/10 consumption 1/6 2012. addition, structure, intensity, sectoral structure lagged behind average level, much lower than GD. According characteristics region unified backward/forward linkages divided clusters into whose development be encouraged restricted. paper could provide policy–makers reference exploring potential pathways toward regions.
