摘要: E-government is increasingly becoming a fundamental tool for enhancing public administration. This paper discusses e-government’s implications on policy formulation and implementation in Kenya. In addition, the challenges of adopting technology organizational change are examined. Research conducted outside Sub-Saharan Africa showed that information communication technologies (ICTs) have potential to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, citizens’ participation, democratic values. Based concept values, explores how e-government impacts political agenda, rule making, service delivery. The central argument not only or platform enhances delivery services but also has reform way policies formulated implemented terms accountability, transparency, participation. Key findings show Kenyan government failed disseminating about e-government, sensitizing Kenyans make use access services, providing incentives encourage technology. Hence despite advantages touted globally implementing literature no evidence any objectives: improving flow citizens, promoting productivity among servants, encouraging participation been achieved.
