摘要: One hundred and sixty-three patients with primary long saphenous vein varices were randomized to either classical (total) stripping of the (n = 84) or partial stripping, i.e. only femoral part 79). Permanent nerve lesions evaluated clinically three years recurrence varicosities five postoperatively. It was found that 24 (29%) who had total performed permanent nerve, whereas four (5%) lasting (p < 0.01). Ten percent in both groups varicosities. The present - one long-term, study different procedures shows below knee increases nervedamage six-fold without reducing long-term recurrency. Total should be abandoned as a routine varicose surgery.
