W state generation by adding independent single photons

摘要: In this paper, we present a simple scheme for adding independent single photons to the existed W state one by one, and then size of will be expanded. Only CNOT operation discrimination are enough expanding $$n$$n-photon $$(n+1)$$(n+1)-photon state, with success probability $$(n+1)/2n$$(n+1)/2n. No detected, no more entangled resources necessary. If further operations performed, can increased as considered. Moreover, $$m$$m complicate process, $$m$$m-independent added simultaneously.
