摘要: Long-acting reversible contraception (LARC) is the most effective form of contraception. Although women are satisfied with LARC methods, unscheduled bleeding and spotting common reasons for method dissatisfaction discontinuation. This systematic analysis current literature delineates treatment options related to use. consistent results lacking, all devices seem have best response nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs 5 7 days or antifibrinolytic agent tranexamic acid. Additional studies necessary identify improved interventions
