摘要: Research in regenerative medicine has necessitated the need for advanced sensing technologies to monitor and evaluate quality of engineered tissues. Several schemes have been developed sense specific analytes that enable researchers assess tissue morphology, growth, function. In addition microscopy staining techniques, engineers are presented with an array optical, chemical, biological sensor technologies, which provide them opportunity variables, such as oxygen concentration, pH value, carbon dioxide, glucose concentration a noninvasive or minimally invasive manner. The article presents short description on core research reviews use sensors employed engineering over past decade. concludes by presenting some challenges further development these capable real time measurement structure, composition, function both in-vitro in-vivo analysis.
