摘要: Abstract The rate of DNA synthesis during the division cycle Escherichia coli B r growing with doubling times between 22 and 40 minutes has been determined by membrane-selection technique described previously (Helmstetter, 1967). results indicate that cell age at which rounds replication begin is variable depends upon growth rate, time for a complete round constant independent rate. It suggested in rapidly E. new begins before previous ended.
