摘要: The efficacy of three commercial Mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG) immunizing agents-a bacterin, a recombinant fowlpox-MG vaccine, and live F-strain vaccine-was compared in specific-pathogen-free hens egg production. Three groups 25 chickens were vaccinated with one the vaccines at 10 wk age birds not vaccinated. At (and approximately 50% production), 20 from each 15 nonvaccinated controls challenged virulent R-strain via aerosol; necropsied evaluated days post-challenge. MG bacterin vaccinations both protective resulted significant differences air sac lesions, tracheal ovarian regression to vaccine (P < or = 0.05). evaluation is useful method testing laying hens.
