摘要: Purpose. The recurrence of CBD stone is still observed in a considerable number patients. study was to evaluate the risk factors for symptomatic patients who underwent cholecystectomy after removal stone. Methods. medical records with subsequent were reviewed. compared between and nonrecurrence group. Results. mean follow-up period 40.6 months. stones defined as detection bile duct no sooner than 6 months complete clearance stones, based on symptoms or signs biliary complication. 144 (68 males, 47.2%) finally enrolled their age 59.8 (range: 26~86) years. occurred 15 (10.4%). until first 25.9 presence type 1 2 periampullary diverticulum multiple independent factors. Conclusion. For careful followup needed
