摘要: Scientists agree on necessity to predict and timely detect a company crisis that is an integral part of business nowadays. The early identification financial failure due rapidly changing social, economic environmental conditions topic growing importance. sooner potential can be identified, the more effective efficient anti-crisis measures could implemented. If predicted accurately, it might possible for restructured, thus avoiding failure. This would benefit owners, shareholders, employees, creditors, others interested alike. modern literature provides varied diagnosis methods, mostly based analysis key ratios. Less attention paid qualitative methods.
