摘要: ABSTRACT The effects of various metal ions on the rheological flow profiles hyaluronate solutions were investigated, by controlled incubation chloride salt with sodium (NaHA) solution under ambient conditions. Results from application Williamson model to incubated showed a progressive decrease in zero shear viscosity (η 0 ) increasing atomic number / mass ion, which, exception data for Li + , could be related power equation ( y = cx b ). Such reductions not result hydrolysis (determined GPC), but may due diffusing disrupting hydrogen bonding and shielding electrostatic repulsions between carboxylate groups.
